Flower supported
Somatic Resolution process
FSR
Fully incarnating into the body is a process only a few have yet mastered. Fear of experiencing the pain and density on Earth prevents us from fully spiritualizing the body, from living as inbodied-Spirit.
Now is the time to finish the process that started when your mother birthed you into the world all those years ago.
With the support of flower blossoms from around the world Silke guides you through your spine and somatic knots to clear the way for your spirit to land. The spine is not only the pathway for your chi and blood to flow freely but is the access to your individual and collective memories (Akasha). Opening up your spine will give you the wisdom and courage to stand tall, to resist the density of the material and radiate the true vibrance of your being.

The human spine
In both Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese medicine the spine is seen as the primary conduit of life force (prana or chi). In each of these holistic traditions the spine can reveal health issues with a deeper root cause. The spine can be experienced as one of the first parts in the body to give signals from stagnate energy.

The ancient Mu - Hawaiian tradition of 'Ulu shared by Ke'oni Hanalei and Kapuahīnano Coelho brings a tool and practice for understanding the spine as a multidimensional part of life. Engaging in this practice of breath and movement is highly encouraged alongside the FSR process.

The objective of FSR is to connect to each of the vertebrae in your spine through somatic mindfullness and through this access activate the memories and qualities in your spine. The access to the structural, crystal part of your being is supported by the gentleness of flower spirits.
Somatic Resolution
In orde to create any kind of inner alchemy, to transform tension into flow, Silke will practice somatic mindfulness with you. Only when you access your body as a site of knowing, will you grow an embodied awareness and finish the process of coming into the body. Slowing down to the pace of your body is necassary, because it is the most dense & slowest body you have. Practicing interoception, noticing your inner state will continue to guide you long after your FSR sessions.

Together you will assess the knots present in your (fascia) tissues that prevent you from being in your body. The somatic knots of trauma will be transformed so your fascia can fully restore as the riverbed for the flow of chi throughout the body. It is through the watery, flexible fascia that the spine can send its energy.

Practical
The goal of the Flower supported Somatic Resolution process is to inspire the body by accessing the potential in the structure of your spine and by growing your expression by freeing any somatic knots in the tissues.

How long the FSR process takes is highly individual but Silke offers a standard package of four sessions in which the body is addressed bottom to top. The time in between each session ranges from two weeks up to two months.
After each session you take home your flower remedy and an assignment for the next time you meet.
